The Mont Pelerin Society

The Mont Pelerin Society was founded in 1947 in a chalet on the slopes of Mt Pelerin, Switzerland. Among the founders were the Economists Friedrich von Hayek and Milton Friedman, their goal was the elimination of the nation-state, and the return to feudalism.

This describes the present parlous state of Australia quite well, with Politicians legislating and striving to surrender our Nationalism and Sovereignty to Foreign Investment and the United Nations, the impoverished, debt ridden electorate have indeed attained the status of Feudal Serfs with Foreign Ownership above 90%, and having lost the financial benefits that derive from having ones own Industries.

Hayek's philosophy comes from eighteenth century philosopher Bernard de Mandeville, his work entitled The Fable of the Bees argued that private vices equals public good.
This highly secretive society has followed Hayek's doctrine by invoking the Free Market against the people of the world, thus transferring the profits of mankinds endeavours to the invisible hands that conspire behind the scenes.

The Mont Pelerin Society has spawned many other Think Tanks that advocate Free Trade & Economic Rationalism on behalf of the Money Power of the world, resulting in the subduing of all Nations on earth with endemic debt, the benefits derived from the economic destruction of nation-states accrues to the financial oligarchy of the world.

In Australia these supporting Think Tanks include the Tasman Institute, the Centre for Independent Studies, the Institute for Public Affairs, and the H.R. Nicholls Society.
Influential members and associates of these groups include Sir James Balderstone, Professor Geoffrey Blainey, Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen, John Button, Brian Burke, Peter Costello, G.F. Carmody, Sir Rupert Clarke, Fred Chaney, Sir Charles Court, Clyde Cameron, Sir Peter Derham, John Dawkins, Peter Durack, Sir Frank Espie, Sir Noel Foley, Sir James Foots, Phillip Gude, Robin Gray, Nick Greiner, Sir John Holland, Janine Haines, Graeme Haycroft, Dame Leonie Kramer, Jeff Kennett, Sir John Kerr, Rod Kemp, Michael Kroger, Hugh Morgan, Ian Mc Lachlan, Sir James McNeill, Sir Frank Moore, Des Moore, Rev Dr George Pell, John Stone, Professor Judith Sloane, Wilson Tuckey, Lindsay Thompson, Sir Bruce Watson, Ralph Willis, Sir David Zeidler.

The Mont Pelerin's are also responsible for the Thatcherite Reforms that have brought the British Economy undone, they have also brought about the destruction of the New Zealand economy.

Globalisation, along with Privatisations and Legislative instruments of Economic Warfare, are transferring the hard won assets of the people into the hands of the rich and powerful who have the ear and the hip pockets of Politicians at hand to achieve their greedy goals.

Hayek's economic theories have been imposed on Australia for some decades now with the results proving that the people are the big losers with a worthless dollar of 0.64c, a Foreign Debt of $300B, an annual trade loss of $25B, record unemployment, a deluge of Imports that contribute nothing to the tax base, and an ever shrinking list of public assets and aussie owned business Icons.

With such obvious indicators of Economic Conquest or Austerity, it would be a most naive Australian to think that the unelected powerful movers and shakers within these Think Tanks would place the interests of the average citizen above their own personal ambitions!
