It is very clear that the "Australian Constitution" is the product and legislation of the United Kingdom and therefore beyond the right of the Australian Parliament to alter the same document.
It is also very clear that the Legalities of the Constitution could not survive Australia becoming a Sovereign Independant Nation on the 10th January 1920.
